Mangesh founded Veol Labs, one of very few product development firms in India focusing exclusively on Medical Device Development Services.
Veol Labs was founded on the basis of a strong technical background, a desire to innovate and change paradigms, and an emphasis on customer service. Possessing a strong medical and technical background and extensive experience in medical device development, Mangesh has utilized these skills to develop a critical, well rounded and sound engineering team capable of delivering breakthrough solutions. From the very beginning he has nurtured a customer oriented work culture where emphasis is laid on understanding customer requirements and delivering a timely, cost effective and innovative solution to each customer.
To maintain our position at the leading edge of innovation, Mangesh and senior team members have always maintained direct contact with doctors, customers and regulatory authorities which helps the team understand subtle needs and be proactive in meeting the requirements.
Under his leadership, Veol has focused to date on growing organically, developing expertise in various medical specialties, and establishing strategic partnership agreements with firms of equal ethical standards and proven expertise. Significant additions to the management ranks assure that the highest quality standards will continue to be maintained as the firms growth potential is realized.
Previously, he worked with Johnson & Johnson Medical, where he has helped establish and grow the Asia Pacific R&D center for medical device development.
Mangesh has a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from prestigious Indian Institute of Technology – Bombay and BS in Mechanical Engineering. He also has undergone training in Business administration, Quality Systems, Intellectual Property Management, Six Sigma, Clinical trial Management and Project Management. He has filed and has been granted several patents. |

Kevin has over 13 years experience in executive marketing roles within the medical device industry, and has been responsible for finished goods sales, marketing and the development of North American and worldwide distribution channels for a private label manufacturer.
With a proven track record in International business development, Kevin has been involved with the successful development and launch of new medical product lines on a worldwide basis and has also worked to establish a parallel manufacturing and assembly program in China on behalf of a major multi-national company in the anesthesia field.
His experience in marketing both branded products and private label programs, gives an extra edge to the marketing efforts of Veol Labs.
Residing in North America, in his capacity as Vice President - Sales and Marketing, Kevin is responsible for directing the marketing efforts to reach out to medical device companies, startups and individual innovators in the device development space.
He is also the Founder and CEO of ConnIMed Concepts Incorporation which is focused on connecting medical device companies and medical inventors to the marketplace. |

Jitendra is a first generation entrepreneur with an outstanding 16-year track record in building medical devices companies which excel in marketing and manufacturing. His in-depth knowledge about Medical Industry and his far-sighted approach towards the device development process has helped Veol Labs to create a niche for itself in the healthcare industry. He has nurtured a culture of Innovation in the organization and lays special emphasis on supporting paradigm changing concept.
He maintains first degree contact with surgical experts across all specialties and user of devices in India. Being an extensive traveler, Jitendra meets various Doctors, end users and understand their needs and then tailor our services as per the requirement.
Jitendra also serves as the CEO of Biomedicon Systems and Biorad Medisys. Biomedicon Systems has a pan India presence and represents many of the world's leading medical device manufacturers in India.

Sandeep Ambardekar, R&D Manager |

Sandeep Ambardekar is the Manager for Projects and is responsible for successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and transfer of technology of our projects.
He is a Post graduate in Industrial Management and graduate in Production Engineering. Sandeep has a broad based experience in various industries such as consumer products and hospital furniture for companies like Hawkins and Godrej & Boyce Mfg Company (USD 2.0 billion company) handling product customization and new product development.
He is well versed with techniques of Product semantics, ergonomics and risk analysis in product development and extensive knowledge of PLM (Windchill 8.0) and ERP (BaaN) modules for new product development. He is an expert in Design and Analysis of components and mechanisms and well versed with various manufacturing techniques such as injection molding, extrusion and machining. |
